Our firm provides an initial consultation and discussion to review your policy and your effected damage. We look to give you an itemized and detailed list of our walk-through and discussion.

Negotiations & Strategy

We conduct an official discussion with the insurance company and receive the estimate from the insurance company. We take all of the information that we have taken from the estimate, environmental documents, detailed inventory list, and any pertinent information to support the claim for the homeowner and the property owner.

Restoration & Settlement

Upon the insurance company and our firm estimate settlements. The insured has the right to select the contractor they find fit to complete the restoration process for their property. We will stay with you until the process has been completed and we will make every attempt to expedite the process to make you complete again.
